Returns & Refunds

As all our pieces are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Sale items are also non-returnable, except where required by law.

We want you to love your purchase. Each product has its own size guide to help you find the perfect fit. If you need any advice before ordering, please get in touch and we'll be happy to help.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, your order may have entered production and cancellations will no longer be accepted.

As each piece is made individually, please double-check your size, product selection and order details before completing your purchase.
