Production & Sizing

Made to order, what does this mean?

All items are bespoke and custom-made to order. This means we do not hold any stock, we make items from scratch after your order comes in.

This includes time spent cutting fabric, sewing, packing and posting.

Because of this, please allow 14 working days for production.

Why made to order?

Size inclusivity is at the heart of Happy Pillz Club. Making our pieces to order allows us to offer a much wider size range than traditional fashion production.

Rather than mass producing garments in limited sizes, every piece is made from scratch after your order is placed. This allows us to create clothing for a wide range of bodies without being restricted by the traditional production model.

Working this way also means we don’t produce excess stock or unnecessary waste. We only make what is needed, when it’s needed.

Happy Pillz Club is built on a slower approach to fashion — prioritising inclusivity, individuality, and thoughtful production over the fast-fashion model of mass production.

How long is production on my item?

Product production takes roughly 14 working days.

Who made my clothes?

All of our pieces are designed in-house. Every print you see starts as a hand-drawn design and is developed into the bright, bold fabrics that embody the playful Happy Pillz Club energy — which means they’re completely unique to the brand. You won’t find these prints anywhere else.

Once you place an order, our trusted manufacturing partners bring the garment to life, printing our custom fabrics, cutting and sewing the pieces, and carrying out quality checks before your order is sent to you.

What size will I need?

It is important to us that our customers look and feel fabulous in their items from us and this starts with finding the perfect fit

Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take to get my products?

Because of this, please allow 14 working days starting after the date of purchase for your order to arrive.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, for an extra cost the option to upgrade is available. If the option doesn’t show at the checkout please send us a live chat message or email so we can assist further.

How much does it cost?

Shipping rates vary depending on a number of factors including your region as well as size and weight of your order. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

All orders over £200 will receive free shipping. This is a worldwide offer.

I need my order for a certain date, do you offer an express service?

All our items are bespoke custom-made to order items that require up to 14 working days in production. However, some of our items have a slightly shorter production process therefore we can speed up the production time frame on certain items if requested.

If you need something for a specific date or event and you have not allowed enough time for the 14 working days production time frame please drop us an email before placing your order and we will be able to assist you.

If it is important to you to receive your order for a certain date for peace of mind we always advise that an email with your full name and order number is sent over to us even if you have allowed plenty of time for production. That we can keep an eye on your order as it goes through our production process and give you updates if needed.

My order hasn't arrived, what do I do?

Please ensure you take all of these steps before contacting us. We will only be able to follow up lost mail claims once these steps have been taken.

  1. Check the delivery address you provided is correct.
  2. Contact friends, family, neighbours in the same / neighbouring residences for the missing parcel.
  3. Check reception and communal entrances / areas if you are living in shared accommodation for the missing parcel.
  4. You have contacted us for a Tracking Number if this hasn't already been provided and followed the necessary steps as stated on the shipping providers website to reclaim your mail. With tracking information, you can often arrange a re-delivery or contact the mail provider for a status update.
  5. Visit / contact your local parcel sorting office. If you are not present when there is a delivery attempt, it is likely to go here for a certain amount of days before it delivery is attempted again / returned to sender.

Returns & Refunds

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds as all items are bespoke and custom-made. We do not hold any stock, all items are tailor-made for each individual customer after the order is placed therefore cannot be returned.

For any sizing questions or other general questions about our products please email. We will help as much as we can so you can get your order right before you purchase!

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you have 24hrs to cancel your order with us.

Your order will go into production 24hrs after the order is placed allowing our customer a window of time to cancel their order with us.

After this time period you will be unable to cancel your order. We do not accept order cancellations over 24hrs from your order time.

This is because everything is bespoke and custom made for each individual customer once the order has been placed.

Do you offer size exchange?

It is important to us that our customer gets sizing right first time around therefore we provide detailed individual size charts for each product on our website. Individual size charts can be found linked to each product page. If you are still unsure, please contact us!

If you do not managed to get the sizing right the first time around please get in touch about a size exchange.

Who pays the shipping costs in the case of a size exchange?

The shipping cost is handled by the customer.

Payments & Safety

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payments from major credit card companies like Visa, Mastercard as well as Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay and Paypal

We also offer buy now, pay over time options including Klarna, Clear Pay and Paypal also offers pay in three to eligible users.

Do you offer buy now, pay later services?

Yes, we currently offer Klarna and Clearpay buy now, pay over time.

Paypal also offers pay in three to eligible users.

Do you accept online payments?

Yes, we accept online payments. All payment processing and vital customer information is quick, easy, and secure.
