When will my order arrive if I order now?

All items are bespoke and custom-made to order. This means we do not hold any stock, we make the orders from scratch as they come in. This includes time spent cutting fabric, sewing, packing and posting. Because of this, please allow 14 working days starting after the date of purchase for your order to arrive (UK). Please allow up to 4 weeks for international orders (Non-UK).


I need my order for a certain date, do you offer an express service?

All our items are bespoke custom-made to order items that require up to two weeks in production. However, some of our items have a slightly shorter production process therefore we can speed up the two week production time frame on certain items if requested.

If you need something for a specific date or event and you have not allowed enough time for the two week production time frame please drop us an email before placing your order and we will be able to assist you.

If it is important to you to receive your order for a certain date for peace of mind we always advise that an email with your full name and order number is sent over to us even if you have allowed plenty of time for production. That we can keep an eye on your order as it goes through our production process and give you updates if needed. 


How will my order be shipped?

If you are a UK customer your order will be shipped via:


Tracking Provided. Delivery within 1-2 working days.


If you are a Non-UK customer your order will be shipped via:


Tracking Provided. Delivery within 5-7 working days.



FedEx International Priority®

Tracking Provided. Delivery within 1-2 working days. (USA, CANADA - 3 WORKING DAYS TO AUSTRALIA)



My order hasn't arrived, what do I do?

Please read the following bullet points and confirm:

  1. The Delivery address you provided is correct. This cannot be altered after shipment.
  2. Contact friends/family/neighbours in the same/neighboring residences for the missing parcel.
  3. Check reception and communal entrances/areas if you are living in shared accommodation for the missing parcel.
  4. You have contacted us for a Tracking Number if this hasn't already been provided and followed the necessary steps as stated on the shipping providers website to reclaim your mail. With tracking information, you can often arrange a re-delivery or contact the mail provider for a status update.
  5. Visit your local parcel sorting office. If you are not present when there is a delivery attempt, it is likely to go here for a certain amount of days before it is returned to sender. (For UK orders this will be Royal Mail, for the US this will be USPS. Other international orders will be with your standard national daily mail provider.)

Please ensure you take all of these steps before contacting us. We will only be able to follow up lost mail claims once these steps have been taken.


Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns as all items are bespoke and custom-made. We do not hold any stock, all orders are tailor-made for each individual customer after they are placed therefore cannot be returned. Sale items are also non-returnable.

Can I cancel my order?

We do not accept order cancellations over 24hrs from your order time. This is because everything is bespoke and custom made for each individual customer when it is ordered. Your order will go into production 24hrs after the order is placed.


Who made my clothes? Where have they come from?

All of our items are designed here in the U.K by our small team of creatives. Our designer and digital artist work closely to create unique, eye-catching print designs that make our clothing stand out from the crowd!

We then outsource our garment production to our UK or European based manufactures depending on the garment type. 

When you order from us our manufactures manage the garment production process from printing our fabrics, cutting, sewing, and quality control. We provide our manufactures with our orders then once we receive the garments we quality control each item ourselves and then individually package each customer order. This is why the processing time is slightly longer than most clothing stores.

All items are ethically handmade by our UK & European manufactures.


Do you take custom orders?

We do not take custom orders due to the high volume of orders we receive on a daily basis. Everything we have available will be listed on the website to purchase. 


The item I want is no longer on your website?

Please contact us with a photo of the item and we will let you know if it is restocking.


What size will I need?

Please check our size chart for specific product measurements. We strongly advise contacting us with sizing questions, so we can help you get the perfect fit!
